Brown Farms Corn Maze

Last weekend, we were invited to Brown Farms Corn Maze in Lacassas, TN. I’ll be honest with you, our family is not a fan of Corn Mazes and we were slightly dreading this. We were wrong, very wrong! Let me tell you why…

Brown Farms Corn Maze

You know the outrageous designs you see from aerial photos of corn mazes? They are usually themed and/or play tribute to something. These corn mazes come from Mazeplay.com.

Mazeplay.com is a family who travels the country creating these mind-boggling designs. Here in middle Tennessee, Brown Farms Corn Maze is the ONLY Nashville area stop on the Mazeplay.com route.

This year the Brown Farms corn maze is Cowboy theme. Two tracks of corn maze, one at 1.2 miles and the other at 2.7 miles, get ready to get so lost yet have a blast doing it! Ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Twelve and up, send them on and head to the concession stand for super cheap, yummy snacks! Or, hit the corn maze with the group and then hit the concessions.

For the toddlers, there is a little “corn maze” with hay bales. Right next to this, are three goats who “don’t mind at all” if you give them some attention. Speaking of attention, you will probably see the resident dog “Ally”. Make sure to give her a pat or two on the head. She certainly doesn’t mind at all!

Make sure you take a ride on the Hayride. And if all of this hasn’t worn the family out, send the kids to climb the hay stack mountain. That should definitely do the trick! After your fun time at Brown Farms, enjoy the stunning drive of fall colors home (or onto your next destination).
