Local Parades
This year, Veterans Day falls on a Thursday, however there are ceremonies and parades happening the weekend before and after November 11th.
Cheatham County Veterans Day Ceremony – November 11, 2022 @ 11AM
The annual Cheatham County Veterans Day ceremony will be held this year at the Veterans Memorial park in Ashland City on Thursday, Nov. 11.
The Veterans Day ceremony will start at the historically set time of 11 a.m. on the 11th day of the 11th month. The program is expected to last about an hour and the public is encouraged to attend.
Hendersonville Veterans Day Parade, Sunday November 6, 2022 starts at 2 PM
Come out and celebrate Veterans from all conflicts with a parade in Hendersonville. The route will follow the traditional Hendersonville parade route, starting at Cherokee Rd. and move along Main to Executive Park Dr.
The Hendersonville Veterans Day Parade is on Sunday, 6 November starting at 2 PM. The parade will start with a flyover by our local pilots. They will fly down Main Street and then return to the starting point.
Lebanon Veterans Day Parade, November 11, 2022 at 10 AM
The parade begins at the Lebanon/Wilson County Library and continues to the Veterans Plaza on East Main Street. A celebration at the Veterans Plaza will follow at 11 AM.
Montgomery County Veterans Day Parade, Saturday November 5, 2022 at 10 AM
The Parade will begin at 10 a.m. at the corner of N. Eighth and College Streets, next to the Sundquist Science Building at Austin Peay State University, with the reviewing stand at the Third Street side of the courthouse. The parade will proceed from College left onto University Avenue, right onto Main Street, left onto 3rdStreet, left onto Commerce Street, left onto University Avenue, right onto Franklin Street, left onto 8th Street and back to the APSU parking area. City of Nolensville Parade and Breakfast, Saturday November 5, 2022 @ 11AM
The Town of Nolensville is having a special parade on Saturday, November 5,2022 at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate and honor our veterans.

City of Gallatin Veterans Day Parade, Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11 AM

Veterans Day Ceremony in La Vergne, November 11, 2022 at 11 AM

Franklin Veterans Parade, November 11, 2022 starts at 11 AM
The City of Franklin will remember and honor all veterans at its Veterans’ Day Parade being held in Downtown Franklin on November 11, 2022, at 11 a.m. The parade is a joint effort of the City and local radio station WAKM AM-950.
The parade route travels down Main Street, from Five Points to Second Avenue. JROTC units and/or marching bands from Williamson County high schools will participate. The Franklin Special School District will also send a large group of students to show their appreciation to veterans.
The Parade begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. at West Main and Fifth Avenue. Prior to the parade, a reception will be held at the Williamson County Archives from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. for local veterans and their families.
