Join us on Saturday, February 4th from 10-11:30am for a family-friendly 1-2 mile walk and nature journaling. The walk is easy to moderate on grassy terrain involving hills and stream crossings. During the walk we’ll read poems aloud from Black Nature in honor of Black History month. Afterward, be inspired by the walk as we introduce a variety of nature journaling techniques.

We suggest wearing closed shoes and pants. Bring your own water bottle.

We’ll have sunscreen, bug spray, beverages, and snacks to share. A portable toilet is available onsite.

Meet at 12965 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, 37013. Look for three yellow flags at the driveway entrance. Park in the grass lot.
