Join us on May 17th at 10:30AM with your kids (ages 2-8) to take an easy, wagon-friendly quarter mile guided walk around the pond at Mill Ridge Park. We’ll explore our gardens and parkland for bees and other pollinators in celebration of World Bee Day (observed on May 22nd). We will bring our magnifying lenses, binoculars, and field guides as we wander. After the walk, we will do some bee-themed arts and crafts.

Meet at the Friends’ House, marked by three yellow flags, at 12965 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, 37013. Park in the grass lot along the gravel driveway. Wear shoes suitable for uneven terrain. Snacks, sunscreen, and bug repellent will be provided. A portable toilet is available onsite.
