It’s Read Across America week and Dr. Suess’ birthday so lets celebrate by taking a walk around our Reading Ranger Story Trail. Join Ranger Leslie Anne Allen on a short hike* to read The First Strawberries: A Cherokee Story retold by Joseph Bruchac
The Davidson County branch of the Imagination Library will be on hand with activities for young readers
* hike is 1/4 mile loop over even to slightly rising ground. A few rocks and roots but trail is stroller friendly. There are 12 story panels to stop and read along the route.
