As part of NFL Alumni’s “GEAR UP, Tennessee!” and ”GEAR UP Against Shingles” campaigns, NFL Alumni Tennessee is hosting an event to celebrate health and community with St. Luke CME Church, and the Tennessee (TN) CEAL Program of Meharry Medical College. The event will offer attendees free health and dental services, free diapers, and shingles (for adults aged 50 and older), flu, RSV (for adults aged 60 and older), Hepatitis B, HPV, pneumococcal, Tdap, and COVID-19 vaccines offered by Kroger.

Music, free food, yoga and exercise classes, a giveaway of items for babies and moms, and other activities will be available for the entire family. In addition, former Tennessee Titans will be available to sign autographs, take photos with fans, and offer important information about staying healthy. This event is in support of NFL Alumni’s partnerships with the Tennessee Department of Health and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Conference of National Black Churches, Dedicated Senior Medical Center, Help to Moms, the Nashville Diaper Connection, and the CEO Roundtable on Cancer are also supporters of this event.
