We are excited to partner with the American Hiking Society (AHS) to celebrate National Trails Day® on June 3rd, 2023! Millions of people have found physical, mental, and emotional restoration on our trails at Tennessee State Parks. We encourage you to help us spread the word of how important our trails are and give you an opportunity to give back!

Join us for this 1.5-mile hike along our High Ridge and Owl Ridge trails! This hike will go over slight elevation changes and hikers should come prepared with appropriate hiking shoes and plenty of water.
