Imagine a day where four-legged friends rule the day. The two-leggeds are referred to as “dog’s best friend.” Tennis balls are the ultimate reward for positive behavior. On this day, “Music City USA” becomes Shih-Tzu-sic City USA! Appropriate greetings are done front to back, high fives are still high fives (they’re just better!) and the streets are paved with treats! That day is here… it’s Nashville Humane’s annual Dog Day presented by Mars Petcare!

Bring your pooches and participate in activities such as a costume contest, pupper parade, demonstrations, contests and pet portraits, or enjoy the children’s area and various demonstrations. There will be food trucks, door prizes, fun zones, live entertainment/music and so much more! The festival also serves as a wonderful opportunity to meet wonderful and adoptable shelter dogs who are ready to find their forever homes!
