This is always my favorite post of the year. I love seeing all the fun in store for the holidays in Middle Tennessee. This year we have found over 100 events to get you started planning for your holiday family fun! We’ll keep adding fun as we find it. Check our Calendar all season long.

  1. Get some personalized ornaments made at Christmas Village November 11-13.
  2. It’s time to put on that iconic blue parka! Ice featuring Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer returns to Gaylord Opryland November 11 – December 31.
  3. Load up the minivan and head to The Dancing Lights of Christmas in Wilson County November 11 – January 1.
  4. Santa is making an appearance at Home for the Holidays in Mt Juliet on November 12.
  5. Head to the Williamson County Library on November 12 for The First Franklin Christmas Tree Reading and Book Signing.
  6. Have a Holly Jolly Feast with Rudolph at Gaylord Opryland November 12 – December 31.
  7. Get you photo made with Santa in Gallatin on November 12.
  8. Santa will light the tree at Delight the Lights @ The Avenue Murfreesboro on November 12.
  9. Follow the yellow brick road. The Wizard of Oz arrives @ Nashville Children’s Theatre November 17 – December 23.
  10. Watch the Leonids meteor shower around the campfire at Bells Bend Park on November 17.
  11. Make some crafts, visit with Santa and more at the Holiday Market at Two Rivers Mansion November 18 & 19.
  12. Take a Night Hike @ Barfield Crescent Park on November 18.
  13. A whole new season of fun starts November 18 at Winterfest at Fountains at Gateway.
  14. The Franktown Festival of Lights returns this year from November 18 – December 31.
  15. Zooluminations returns to the Nashville Zoo on November 18.
  16. Book a Tennessee Christmas Midday Cruise or a Music City Christmas Evening Cruise on the General Jackson November 18 – December 25.
  17. Look for Santa at Christmas on the Square in Springfield on November 19. Stay after for the Springfield Christmas Parade at 6PM.
  18. The 2nd Annual Tree Lighting at The Christmas Place Mt Juliet happens November 19.
  19. Experience Holiday Lights at Cheekwood November 19 – January 8.
  20. Pick up an ornament to paint at home during your trip to Wildwood Christmas Tree Farm. Season opens on November 19.
  21. Get tickets in advance for The Immersive Nutcracker A Winter Miracle November 19 – December 31.
  22. Celebrate Free Grilled Cheese Day in Smyrna on November 19. Pick out your Christmas Tree at Country Cove Farm starting November 20.
  23. Visit with Santa at the Holiday Celebration at Stones River Town Centre on November 19.
