2019 Tennessee Titans Public Training Camp

Are you ready to Titan Up?!?! If you are a Tennessee Titan fan then hope just springs eternal, doesn’t it? No matter what happened in the previous season, you always face the next with excitement and anticipation. What better way to tide you over until the season begins than a chance (or 9!) to see your hometown team up close and personal at training camp?

If you have a large family (like mine)  then maybe attending an NFL football game is just a bit out of your budget. But do not despair! You can still take the family to see our Tennessee Titans for FREE!

Titans Fans can get their first glimpse of the 2019 squad on Saturday, July 27. There will be 9 opportunities to see the team in training camp this year. This is the only time of the year that practices are open to the general public.

Most practices are held at St Thomas Sports Park (Map).  Free parking is available across the street at CVS/Caremark Corporate Offices.

Be prepared! These open practices are VERY popular. If too many people show up, fans will be admitted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis so make sure you get there on time. Fans watch the practice from the perimeter of the field and seating is limited. Chances are good that the weather will be hot and muggy so keep the temps in mind as you plan. Concessions and Titan merchandise will be available for purchase at these open practices.

From titansonline.com :

Spectators who attended training camp in the last couple of years noticed significant changes and upgrades in the club’s camp operations, implemented for the safety and comfort of everyone in attendance. Most of those same modifications will be in place for 2019.

Bleachers surround the practice field to provide ample seating and a limited amount of shade. A cold, filtered water station and two misting areas to help keep fans cool are available free of charge.

As always, select players will sign autographs after every practice that is open to the general public. The sessions will take place in the south, middle end zone area. Generally, around 15 players per day participate in the autograph session.

Security measures will be in place for all fans attending Titans training camp. To enter the grounds, fans must pass through a metal detector, and the same clear bag policy used at Nissan Stadium applies at training camp. Other items not allowed include food and beverage, tobacco products, coolers, liquids, umbrellas, chairs and strollers. Empty water bottles are allowed and can be filled at the free water station.
