Easter Egg Hunts are the most popular events during the Spring season and Nashville is home to some super hunts!  The events on this list are festivals worth venturing out of your hometown, Pick a new one every year and experience some Easter fun at new places all over the Midstate area.  And remember, Easter is later in the season this year so check this list often as we will be adding new events throughout March and April.

Spring Fling at Providence Marketplace in Mt Juliet (Map) April 8

Join us in the Books-A-Million Plaza at Providence Marketplace for our Spring Fling with the Easter Bunny.

• FREE balloon art!

Along with meeting the Easter Bunny, the event will feature inflatable slides and bouncers from Spacewalk and trackless train rides for all ages, so parents can ride with their children! The trackless trains will run through the Providence Marketplace town center from Books-A-Million to Regal Cinemas for the entire length of the event, so be sure to check them out!

Easter Festival @ Lucky Ladd Farms (Map) April 14 & 15

It’s one of the most Egg-citing events of the year! Join the Easter Bunny, as he gets things hopping around the Farm. This annual family tradition features fun games, activities, crafts, baby farm animals and non-stop egg hunts with prize packs for the kids! New this year, journey through the story of Jelly Bean the Unbreakable Egg. It’s a fun way to celebrate the spring season.

Easter Bunny Excursion Train – (Map) Saturday April 15 @ 8:30AM

Come ride with the Easter Bunny on a restored classic streamlined stainless steel passenger train! On this 90 mile round trip the Easter Bunny will be making visits to each car so bring your cameras! During the layover in Watertown, there will be Easter Egg Hunts and then visit the restaurants for lunch and shop the stores around the square. Order your tickets soon as this trip sells out quickly!

Spring Art Hop at Cheekwood – (Map)  Saturday April 15

Celebrate spring in style with egg hunts, crafts, performances, music and more at the 24th annual Spring Art Hop. A favorite tradition in Nashville, this special event is packed full of activities and excitement for families and kids of all ages. We’ll be hiding over 30,000 eggs, so don’t forget to bring your basket!

Spring Art Hop is a special event, so free passes will not be accepted
Tickets will be available to purchase soon!

• Plan to pick up a map at the entrance so that you don’t miss out on any of the fun planned
for the day!
• Egg hunts will take place every hour and the last hunt is at 3:00 pm!

• Food trucks will be on-site to cover your lunchtime cravings!
• The Pineapple Room will also be serving lunch from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

• Traffic around Cheekwood is particularly heavy on this day.
• We recommend arriving at least one hour in advance of the scheduled egg hunt for your
child’s age group to allow time for parking and getting to the gardens.

Easter Egg Hunts at The Hermitage (Map)  Saturday April 15

Join The Hermitage for our annual Easter Egg Hunts! This year, we’ve moved to the beautiful lawn of Tulip Grove Mansion. Over 4,000 stuffed eggs will be hidden at each program – double last year’s size! At both the 10:00 and 1:00 start times, kids will be divided into two hunts for ages 1-6 and 7-12. Following the hunts, families can have a special photo with the Easter Bunny, decorate cookies, make springtime crafts, play historic lawn games, and enjoy storytime with Usborne Books! Tickets available online and at the gate. Admission is $10 participating kids and $5.00 adults. Infants are free. Event admission does not include general admission to The Hermitage.

Eggstravaganzoo at the Nashville Zoo – (Map) Saturday April 15 

Nashville Zoo’s annual spring celebration is back with egg hunts and Easter treats for children of all ages. Activities during the day include 10 scheduled egg hunts for kids, a Zoo-wide hunt for golden eggs, spring-themed games, bounce houses and face painting. Special appearances by the Easter Bunny and Zoo mascot Twiga!
