Sanders Ferry Park is located in Hendersonville, TN. The park offers fantastic views of Old Hickory Lake. The scenery alone is worth a trip.

Sanders Ferry Park has 7 picnic shelters with grills and tables to accommodate up to 50 people apiece. There is also 1 large shelter that will seat up to 250 people. This is a great option for family reunions or other big gatherings. You can find information on how to reserve the shelters at this link.
Sanders Ferry park also features an 18 hole disc golf course. The course covers a large expanse of the park so if you enjoy disc golf, this place would be great to exercise and have fun at the same time.
One of the most unique features of the park is the model airplane flying field. If that is one of your hobbies or something you are thinking about trying, then keep this park in mind. The field is massive and you get great views of the lake too!
Sanders Ferry Park has two different playgrounds, a walking trail and a basketball court.
There are two bathroom facilities at the park. It also features a handicapped accessible fishing pier and boat dock.
