Camp Wonderopolis – FREE – Join in and explore different tracks of STEM-based adventures. Sign up and learn about music, engineering, health and fitness and more. Camp Wonderopolis is available for 2021.

Maker Camp – FREE – This online camp is sponsored by Make magazine and Google. Join in the fun and create projects, go on virtual field trips and meet some great makers! There are some projects online now and Maker Camp 2021 will start on July 6, 2021. Sign up now to join in the fun!

Camp PBS Parents – FREE – Use these ideas and create a summer camp at home. Geared for kids from 1 to 8 years old.

Camp Playful – FREE – This program started in 2019 and is available for 2021. Sign up and you will receive a new project made from items you probably have at home, each week for 5 weeks.

Online Camps with a Fee

DIY Camps – Aimed at kids starting at age 4, there are programs for elementary ages, tweens, and teens. JAM has a lot of different camps including LEGOs, cooking, Minecraft and more! Try it out for 14 days for free. After the trial there are several options depending on the size of your family, if you want to pay monthly or annually. It works out to $4-8/month depending on the number of kids in your family.

Summer of Minecraft Online Camp – Camps have co-ed and girls only options. Spend a week learning to build in Minecraft, code using Scratch or other computer languages, and even learn some game design. There are lots of options geared at 8 to 13 year olds. Brain Chase – This program starts at $99 and is geared at 2nd through 8th graders. It challenges kids to complete an hour of learning daily which unlocks clues in a treasure hunt. There are six program options to accommodate summer plans. The first one to solve the treasure hunt wins $1000 in gold! You can sign up for the 2021 summer program now.
