We are so excited to share the news! The Nashville Children’s Theatre has announced the productions for their 2018-19 season. We probably tell you that every season at NCT is going to be amazing. We admit it. We’re biased. It’s one of our very favorite Nashville attractions. But trust us…THIS SEASON IS GONNA BE AMAZING!!!

Single tickets for these shows go on sale July 1 but if you are interested in more than one show, Season Memberships go on sale April 1. There are two levels of membership. Find all the details at this link.

One of our favorite parts of this new season is the NCT Snuggery. This will give parents the opportunity to introduce babies and toddlers to live theatre. Our tiniest family members are often left out of the theatre experience because, let’s face it, they can’t it still or be quiet for any long period of time. So this first show on NCT’s schedule will be just for you!

Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star     August 11 – September 9, 2018

Star light, star bright, first star we see… wait a minute… little star isn’t in the nighttime sky! Where can it be? It’s up to two stalwart starkeepers to search the galaxy and solve this cosmic cliffhanger in an interactive, immersive theatrical experience especially designed for the youngest of theatre goers.

Parents and caregivers can enjoy a free coffee bar provided generously by our friends at Bongo Java. Privacy suite with comfy chairs and changing table available to nursing moms.

“There are two ways down one long road. One clear path to two conclusions. Does the story end, or never end? Does the secret fade, or is it everlasting?”
After adventuring beyond her white picket fence, “good girl” Winnie Foster meets the energetic teenager Jesse Tuck, who leads her on an unexpected, magical journey. Soon she is faced with an extraordinary question: If you could choose to live forever, would you? Based on the best-selling novel by Natalie Babbitt, this heartfelt Broadway musical is full of soaring melodies and mischief. Performed with a live orchestra!

I’m not ashamed to tell you that when this next show was announced, I threw my hands up in the air and hollered ‘YASSSSS’. This show has Disney and a live orchestra. What else do I need in my entertainment life? The best part about this show is it has a long run right at the holidays. I know you hate to think about Christmas this far in advance but…you could buy tickets to this show in April and be a holiday hero come next Thanksgiving.
