Science club at the library is a free monthly science event for children, young teens, and parents. Each month a scientist from Vanderbilt teaches about a topic that is important to their research. In the past we have looked at insects under a microscope, made origami, designed microbes out of crafts, and played a variety of games.
In November our topic is human genetics. Each of us has 6 billion “letters” that make up our genome. We will talk about what we think these letters mean, and how they make you the unique person that you are with three different games!
