Holi Celebration @ Cheekwood

Join Cheekwood as we celebrate Holi, the Indian “Festival of Spring” and “Festival of Colors.” This educational event will introduce visitors to the vibrant sights, sounds, and colors of Indian culture. Hands-on activities for all ages, tasty fare from local restaurants, and music and dance performances will shine against the thousands of blooming bulbs. Holi activities are included with membership or general admission.

⦁ 1 – 1:30 PM: Dance/music performances | Arboretum Lawn*Additional purchase is required to take part in the color throwing session. Color powder must be purchased onsite and sales will begin 30 minutes ahead of each session. Packets will be sold one per person. The color powder is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. However, it will be thrown and potentially may get in eyes and/or mouth. While most of the color powder will shake off or wash off, it may discolor clothes and/or cloth automobile seats.
Please Note: No entry in to the mansion permitted if you have taken part in the color throwing.
