Join The bKYND Co., Move! Music City, and Hillwood Presbyterian Church for a day full of health-centric activities and local organizations that are dedicated to the health and wellness of youth. Throughout the day, bKYND coaches will host family yoga sessions, teach students how to use resistance bands, and even feature a special performance from the Nashville Ballet!
