- For parents, grandparents and caregivers with young children ages 3-6, we invite you to join us for Tennessee Storytime. This is a great place for children to hear Miss Morgan read books related to our state’s people, culture, and history. Be sure to take advantage of some Tennessee-themed activities and crafts related to the books.
- Storytime takes place in person in the Museum’s Children’s Gallery on Saturday mornings at 10:30 a.m.
- In August, we will be reading the following books:
Aug. 6: “Mrs. Katz and Tush” by Patricia Polacco, published by Dell Publishing
Aug. 13: “Pine and Boof: The Lucky Leaf” by Ross Burach, published by Scholastic
Aug. 20: “We’re Going on a Lion Hunt” by David Axtell, published by Scholastic
Aug. 27 “Otis and the Puppy” by Loren Long, published by Philomel Books, The Penguin Group
