Cedar Creek Sports Center

Now that the weather is beautiful it’s time to look for outdoor fun! What is more fun than go carts and bumper boats? Check out both and more at Cedar Creek Sports Center in Mt Juliet.

There are lots of options. Mini golf can be played by all but the rides – bumper boats and go carts have height limits to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately, the Center doesn’t have phone books (do they still make the big ones??) for kids to sit on so you have to be tall enough to see and reach the petals. There are 2 mini golf courses which both my 8 yr old and 3 yr old loved. Be prepared – there is no shade in the afternoon so bring sun screen or wait until a cloudy day or a cool morning in the summer.

If real golf is more your style, Cedar Creek Sports Center has you covered. There is a large golf range in the back of the facility where you can bring your own clubs to hit some practice balls. You can purchase 3 different sizes of buckets or a discounted punch card if you come regularly.

Batting cages are coin operated so you purchase your coins at the front desk and then go out to the cages and select softball or baseball. If you have a future major leaguer you may want to opt for the unlimited hour.

Need to cool off after golf? Check out the bumper boats. Children must be 44″ to ride and rides are 5 minutes each and can be purchased separately or discounted if you buy multiple tickets at one time.

There is also an arcade and snacks available inside in the air conditioning.

Bring the whole family and spend a great morning or afternoon together!
