Bryant Grove – Long Hunter State Park  (Map)

  • Sandy Beach for lake swimming

Old Hickory Beach (Map)

  • Sandy beach for lake swimming
  • Picnic Area
  • Playground
  • Boat/Fishing ramp
  • Open from May 1 – September 1, 2023
  • $5 fee per car/per day

Sumner County

Avondale Recreation Area (Map)

  • Lake swimming (No beach)
  • Picnic Area
  • Fishing/Boat dock

Lock 3 Beach (Map)

  • Sandy Beach

Wilson County

Laguardo Recreation Area (Map)

  • Sandy beach for lake swimming
  • Open May 1 – September 1, 2023
  • Open Daylight to 10PM
  • $5 fee per car/per day

Cedar Creek Recreation Area (Map)

  • Sandy beach with swimming area
  • Open April 1 – October 30, 2023
  • Lots of picnic spots
  • $5 fee per car/per day
