Easter Egg Hunts may be the most popular events during the Spring and Easter season but there are lots of other places to enjoy family fun. Use this list of special events to pack the whole season with fun!
Spring Fling at Providence Marketplace in Mt Juliet (Map) Saturday March 19

Along with meeting the Easter Bunny, the event will feature inflatable slides and bouncers from Spacewalk and trackless train rides offered by D&H Railroad, based in Mt. Juliet. Trackless trains hold 16 to 20 people and are open to all ages, so parents can ride with their children!
The “Spring Fling” will also offer deluxe face painting to attendees. Paintopia Face Painting uses the highest quality, FDA approved, cosmetic grade face paints, glitters, embellishments, and tattoo inks. All face paints wash off with baby wipes and mild soap and water, so you don’t have to worry about removal.

Easter Bunny Meet and Greet at The Avenue Murfreesboro Saturday March 19
Meet the Easter Bunny at this family event held near the fountain in Central Park. There will activities and giveaways.

Join the fun at Timberland Park on Wednesday, March 23. The event begins at 10:00 a.m., and kids will make an Easter craft, meet the Easter Bunny and conclude with an egg hunt. This event is for ages 3 to 5 with their parents. Timberland Park is located at mile marker 437.2 on the historic Natchez Trace Parkway. Space is limited.

Come ride with the Easter Bunny on Tennessee Central Railway Museum’s classic traditional American streamlined passenger train to Watertown! In Watertown there
are Easter Egg hunts for children of all ages. Bring your cameras so you can take pictures with the Easter Bunny on the train! Order your tickets soon as these trips will

The 16th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza will be taking place at the Historic Sam Davis Home and Plantation on March 26th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Three egg hunts will take place: the first hunt for ages 0-3 will take place at 11:00 am, the second hunt for ages 4-6 will take place at noon, and the third egg hunt for ages 7-10 will take place at 1:00 pm. If a child misses their designated egg hunt, they are allowed to participate in the next hunt at the parent’s discretion.
In addition to the Easter egg hunts, spring themed games and crafts will be available throughout the backyard of the property.
The Easter bunny will also be on site throughout the event. Photos will be available in the visitor center from 10:00 to 11:00 am and 1:00 to 2:00 pm by donation, or from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm around the backyard.

Celebrate spring in style with egg hunts, crafts, performances, music and more at the 24th annual Spring Art Hop. A favorite tradition in Nashville, this special event is packed full of activities and excitement for families and kids of all ages. We’ll be hiding over 30,000 eggs, so don’t forget to bring your basket!

Join The Hermitage for our annual Easter Egg Hunts! Over 1500 eggs with toys and treats hidden at each hunt, with 100 special prize eggs included. Following each hunt, families can visit and take pictures with the Easter Bunny, visit the arts and crafts table, play 19th-century games, and enjoy light refreshments.

Nashville Zoo’s annual spring celebration is back with egg hunts and Easter treats for children of all ages. Activities during the day include 10 scheduled egg hunts for kids, a Zoo-wide hunt for golden eggs, spring-themed games, bounce houses and face painting. Special appearances by the Easter Bunny and Zoo mascot Twiga!
ANIMAL FUN TOO! Between the kids’ egg hunts, enjoy some of the animal fun we have planned for the day.

EASTER EGGS-TRAVAGANZA! Featuring the movie Hop (PG). Activities preceding the film will include a bunny petting zoo, pictures with the Easter Bunny, and lucky egg prizes. A big giveaway will feature a children’s bicycle donated by Mac’s Harpeth Bikes, the family-owned bicycle boutique just north of downtown Franklin.
Movie starts at 10AM. Doors open 30 minutes before the movie.
